The re-scheduled match between Blades and Ulinzi Warriors will be the highlight of this weekend's Kenya Basketball Federations League which resumes after a one-week break.

This Western Conference match which has been slated for Sunday from 2 p.m. was stopped at halftime two weeks ago due to a leaking roof which flooded  the Nyayo National Stadium indoor gymnasium.

Shilton Ochieng, Joseph Ongoro and Emmanuel Soja will be available for Blades. The trio had been selected to represent Kenya at the ZUBL All Stars game against Uganda in Kampala but withdrew because of examinations.

Bulk of action in Men's Premier League will be concentrated in the Eastern Conference with three games on the card. On Saturday, Strathmore University face Zetech University with both teams having had a mixed start to the season.

The second game will pit Equity Bank against Kenya Airports Authority (KAA). Godfrey Abuya will lead the bankers against KAA who have Shem Otieno as their key player.

On Sunday, high-riding Thunder will play against winless Nairobi Aviation College.

There will be two games in the Women's Premier League Eastern Conference. Mennonites will play Sprite Storms on Saturday and Strathmore University on Sunday. It will be a tough outing for Mennonites who are faced with financial challenges.
