• Ghana’s Black stars set camp in Nairobi ahead of CAN qualifier

Sulley Muntari and Isaac Vorsah joined Ghana’s camp at the Moi International Sports Center,Kasarani ahead of Saturday’s 2012 Nations Cup Group I decider at Sudan.

The duo arrived in Nairobi on Tuesday and will train with the team in the Kenyan capital until Thursday when they leave for Khartoum. Muntari was an unused substitute in Inter Milan’s 3-1 defeat by Napoli at the San Siro while Vorsah played a typified role in the back line of German side TSG Hoffenheim who halted Bayern Munich’s winning run to a 0-0 draw at home.

Goalkeeper Daniel Agyei joined his teammates on Monday.

Greece based Quincy Owusu Abeyie, whose club Panathinaikos and Genoa reserve Masahudu Nuhu are the two players yet to join the Black Stars camp who have residing at the Windsor Golf and Country Club.

The Black Stars coached by Goran Stevanovic top the group on goal difference and will qualify automatically with a point from the game that will be played in Omdurman.
